The FY 2023 State Homeland Security Program (SHSP) Regionalization funding opportunity is now OPEN until May 12, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. CST.
The objective of this program is to fund state and local efforts to build, sustain, and deliver the capabilities necessary to prevent, prepare for, protect against, and respond to acts of terrorism. All assets funded in part or entirely with this funding must be readily deployable, shareable, and NIMS-typed when possible to support emergency or disaster operations at a local, regional, statewide, and even national level.
